Step 01

Project listed

Fruit, origin, funding target, token price and cycle length are published before anything is sold.

Step 02

Tokens issued

Funds sit in the project wallet in XEC and convert to fiat only when a supplier has to be paid.

Step 03

Fruit moves

The project pays for fruit, packing, QC and cold chain, then ships to a contracted buyer.

Step 04

Result published

Once the buyer settles and costs are final, the profit or loss is calculated in the open.

Step 05

Split and reinvest

Holders receive their share. A reserved share funds the next window.

This is agricultural trade, not a yield product. Three things decide whether a project makes money, and none of them are under anyone's full control.

No guaranteed return Projects can return less than expected, or nothing. Past results do not indicate future ones. Nothing here is financial advice or an offer of securities. Check the rules that apply where you live.
  • Price

    Market prices at the moment of sale, weeks after the fruit was bought.

  • Quality

    Condition on arrival, and any claims the buyer raises against the load.

  • Logistics

    Transit time, port delays and temperature control across the cold chain.

  • Currency

    Movement between XEC, euro and the buyer's currency during the cycle.
